The UNISPHEREâ„¢ pig is a seamless, liquid-cast polyurethane ball designed for batching and displacement. It can be used with liquid or dry natural gas, sweet or sour crude oil, and refined hydrocarbon products.

- Recommended operating temperature: -20°F to 185°F.

- Easily inflated or deflated to fit most pipeline interiors, from standard wall to ultra-thin wall pipes.
- Can also be further inflated to compensate for wear.
- Polyurethane composition provides strong resistance to abrasion, low temperature and hydrocarbons.
- Maximum flexibility and tear strength.
- No swelling or blistering.
- Ability to pour different durometers upon request.

inflation pump easily fills UNISPHERE â„¢ pigs with liquid, usual a 50/50 mix or water/glycol and lightweight oil. Pump comes complete with base, stock number pressure hose and instant-on coupling.
